Flashed an Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich ROM to my Kindle Fire tablet last night. Here’s a quick look. It’s pretty sweet and fairly stable but not completely “bug” free.

Wireless Tether Android Phone to Kindle Fire, Free.

Kindle Fire does not recognize ad-hoc networks, which is what wifi tether apps produce. I will show you how to tether your android phone in “infrastructure” mode so that the Kindle Fire will recognize the network. This is very simple and free. Requires a rooted phone.
